Returns & warranty
Something not right with your laptop? Here is how a warranty claim works, and the exact conditions it follows.
How a warranty claim works
- 1
Tell us
Contact our team with your order number while your warranty is still active (up to 12 months, as printed on your invoice).
- 2
Diagnosis
Our technician inspects the laptop and confirms whether the fault is covered before any claim is approved.
- 3
Repair or exchange
We repair the defective internal component, or carry out a standard exchange of the part.
- 4
Refund if needed
A refund is issued only when repair or replacement is technically impossible.
Warranty conditions
These are the conditions of the LaptopLand commercial warranty. The full policy is also available in French, English and Arabic on the warranty policy page.
- 01
Nature of the Commercial Warranty
This warranty is a contractual commercial warranty. It is strictly limited to the repair or replacement (standard exchange) of internal components recognised as defective by our technical services. It does not entitle the customer to any refund, except where Laptop Land establishes that repair or replacement is technically impossible.
- 02
Duration and Conditions of Application
This warranty applies for a defined period (up to 12 months) as explicitly stated on your invoice. Any product declared defective must undergo a thorough diagnosis by our technician before any acceptance of the claim is validated.
- 03
Limitations of Liability (Exclusions)
The following are formally excluded from cover: broken screens, hinges, keyboards, as well as any aesthetic or structural damage (chassis, plastic parts). The warranty does not cover supplied consumables and accessories (chargers, batteries, cables, peripherals).
- 04
External and Software Damage
The warranty does not cover malfunctions of software origin (operating system, BIOS, drivers, viruses, etc.), nor failures caused by external electrical incidents (overvoltage, lightning, power fluctuations, etc.).
- 05
Termination Clause (Cancellation)
Any trace of impact, immersion (oxidation, etc.), manifest misuse, or any attempt to open/repair by an unauthorised third party results in the immediate and automatic forfeiture of this warranty.
- 06
Data and Responsibility
LaptopLand accepts no responsibility for the possible loss of data stored on the device during technical interventions. Regular data backup is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- 07
Reservation of Ownership
The equipment remains the inalienable property of Laptop Land until full and effective payment of the total amount indicated on this receipt.
- 08
Acceptance and Disputes
Payment for, or possession of, this Purchase Receipt constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these terms.
